The History of Windhoek Autoelecrtical
Windhoek Autoelectric was established in 1985, by Mr H F Kriess who wanted to share his experience and expertise of the auto electrical industry with his Namibian counterparts and to help the man on the street with an affordable rate to have their cars serviced and to have their starters and alternators restored
This year, 25 years later, we are proud to announce that with the support of our valued customers, we have grown into a small full-fledged Namibian company, providing jobs for our fellow citizens, not only restoring alternators and starters, and servicing of cars but to do complete engine and differential overhauls, install A/C units in busses and vehicles. We also do diagnostic testing and fault finding to see what is wrong with your vehicle.
We have been providing our services not only to the man on the street, but over the years build such a good reputation that we started to work on vehicles from our government and the City of Windhoek municipality.

Our aim is always to finish repairs as quickly as possible with the best available parts but without bringing messy and poor quality work to the client as we proud ourselves on the quality of our work. All repairs are inspected by supervising personnel before you receive your vehicle.

Windhoek Auto Electric is responsible for vehicle air-condition and our sister company HK Cooling manage domestic air condition. Both do repairs, instalations and supply parts.
